Salary Issue

Dear Sir

I was employee of Compton Business Solution Pvt Ltd as an sales manager. I joined this company on 1st June . i got delayed salary for three month continuously after that director (Sandeep vahi) said company is in loss so we are giving salary in next month same process is happening for next month after that they issued termination letter without any notice and said that you are not performing so we are going to terminate you from the job. Since that day i used to regular visit their office but they always said we do not have funds and they do not have any intention for giving me salary. Please help me what can i do to get the salary from them. I am waiting for your reply.
