PATHETIC SERVICE TO EX-EMPLOYEES

Hello,

My name is Kanika Mathur and I am ex-employee of Convergys, Guragon. My Employee ID was - 100271126. This is in reference to my PF # HR/GGN/25204/49887.

I applied for PF withdrawal nearly in August and was told that its under process, i should recv the PF amount through cheque/ DD by the end of October. I waited till December and till date I am struggling to get the hard earned money. I was informed by Convergys HR and by the officers of Sushant Lok PF office that its under process. I have been following up on the status with both my ex-employer "Convergys India Pvt Limited, Gurgaon " and PF office Gurgaon.

But none of them are able to check the record of the cheques been forwarded to be credited to my account.

I have called back the PF office however they still have the same stand, that they have sent the cheques.

As of now i have not received any conformation from my bank. It would be greatly helpful if you could help with the next step. Shall I file for withdrawal again or is there any other procedure to track my PF.Please advise.
