PF not yet recived

I have worked for conevrgys more than 2 and 1/2 years.i submitted the documents for my provident fund claim in august and still did not received any fund in my account. I have contact many time s HR bangalore and they keep referring to Gurgaon PF office ; and when i call on PF office gurgaon they say they have not recived any documents for me.

Please help as now i do not what to do.
