Its a customer care service to US tax preparation firm named Jackson Hewitt.

dis cstmr cr cntr is situated at A-127 IInd floor, sector 63, noida, UP01.

there is no set of rules n policies to follow. regulations depend on the mood of HR n superviser present there. there is no hierarchy, even the worst caller are allowed to take supervisor calls. I wrkd dere fr 6 months nd then decided to quit. I wrkd for 20 days in the mnth of feb. nd den left dat job n infrmd my TL abt it.

for the mnth of feb. i only got 1/7 of my salary. operationl mngr said: d reason for dis deduction is my inability to serve any notice b4 leaving.

anthr colleague lft in d mnth of feb. he wrkd jst for 10 days of feb. his half of the salary was credited to his a/c for those 10 days. he hadn't servd any notice b4 quitting. d reason for dis discremination was his closeness to HR mngr dere.

when i askd dis to operationl mngr, he said: that is upto HR.

but all these financial issues are to be handled by that operational mngr.
