CSD RACE COURSE ROAD
Non complaince to work hours

The Airforce CSD at Race Course road plies as per its own convenience. The work hours have been clearly mentioned on the board which are not adhered to.

I visited the canteen today at 12 pm and they denied access to the stores when the board outside clearly mentioned the timing was upto 1345.This is atrotious, the Manager, Wng Commander P Verma said he could do nothing about it. He also was very rude and washed his hands off the entire episode conveniently. Our understanding is that he is appointed to manage the functioning of the stores which he is completely evading. On being questioned he said we could speak to whoever we want to which also included the Grp Captain Raman.

This needs attention as we cannot have complacent and non value add people like P Verma in a public handling role. He needs to realize that his salary and the AC room in which he sits and does nothing that is a value add comes from the tax that WE pay.

We need to ensure that this issue is resolved ASAP with a prompt action from a senior official or the IMAGE that we are trying to glorify will get more MALIGNED
