Non receipt of PF & EPS claim even after 8 month from the date of leaving the organisation

I, served in a company named Csmo Pharmexx India Pvt. Ltd., Door No. 31, 23rd Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai - 600090 for 1 year (Dt. of Joining 6.7. Dt. of leaving service 31.7.2009) and having PF a/c No. TN/52647/444, had claimed for my PF settlement through my above mentioned company on 31.8.2009 (submitting Form 10C, 19 & SSN). But, till date I am completely in dark regarding the fate of my said claim.

The epfindia.gov.in site says that the office has not yet received the claim (refer attachment 1). But the Company says that they have already submitted my claim on 11.12.2009 (refer attachment 2). I had submitted my grievance with you being No. MOBLBR/E/01825 but to no avail. I have also written to the PF Commissioner (being Speed post with A/D No. EW 42057435 8IN).
