PF WITHDRAWAL STILL PENDING SINCE AUGUST (PF No.-DL/30496/906)

Dear Sir,

I am ex-employee of Dabur Pharma Limited (Oncology Division). I resigned from the same organisation dated 18/08/07 and applied for PF withdrawal but till date I have not recieve the same. I have also enquired regarding EPFO, Wazirpur, New delhi regarding the same but they are saying they have not recieve any PF cliam form for account no. DL/30496/906.But Dabur is saying that they have submitted the same on dated 4th Feb as per their letter ref no. DPL/HR/07.

Request you to kindly help in resolution of the same.
