Sir,

The amount of Rs.78, 540 /- (Rs. Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Forty) was transferred by M/S Birla Industries Provident Fund, Kolkata (by Cheque No.804904, dt. 21.10.2008 on HDFC Bank Ltd, Stefen House Branch, Kolkata) to my PF account number UP/22642/724, from PF Account number UP/233/3932, vide their letter number BIPF/TRF/UP/233/RD/30 dt, 21/10.

I have not yet been informed whether the amount has been transferred to my account number

Of Dalmia Chini Mills, Ramgarh Unit, nor I know how much interest has been credited to the amount so far.
