No Salary settlement after 5 months

No salary settlement after 5 Monhts

I worked with Dataman Software as a Sales Executive, O-101, Sector-12, Noida, U P

I worked there from August to October

They have not paid me for the month of August to October.

I have taken no clearance certificate and done all the formalities to initiate my fiinal settlement.

Its been almost two Months no settlement has been done and they say they are not going to do it.

The amount is almost 30, 000/-

And I am One times application in Consumer Complaints Sector-3, Noida but I have no response on today

Please help me get the money as I am suffering from financial crisis now.
