No Weekly Off's for Employees

Hi this is Deepa from Pune, wish to lodge a complaint against a Company Datamatics Global Services Ltd based in Nashik. I've come to know that this company does not treat their employees properly, the Company is making them work 7 days a week, I understand the Company is paying them, however health is more important that anything. Could you please tell me what can be done to stop this, as to my knowledge every Individual has the right to take atleast one weekly off in a week?
