Does not return security amount they deduct

DDF Consulants Pvt. ltd. has very bad attitude towards the employees working there. they have a unique rule of deducting 5% of the salary of the employee for 5 months & it has been termed as security money.this money should be returned to emplyees while leaving the job.but these money minded people in most of cases do not return it to employees just to harrass the peolpe. they have the rules which are convinent for management & against the people working there. beaware all before joining there.
