Consignment number 10002264311 sent to Mumbai PIN code 400604 on 25 oct Had no entry in the database when enquired through customer care and even tracked in www.deccan360.in, hence had to call the old Airport Road branch from were i had booked the consignment. A person named Madhan krishnan had recieved the call when asking regarding the consignment answered rudely and cut the call. I here by request the concerned person to take action regarding this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.
