Salary has not provided

I (Priyal parikh) have worked with the decibel solutions for 3 months as an HR executive.

1st of all they hired me for their new opened call center, shahibaug at the salary decided 8000/- per month. after 1 and half months they closed the center and but they dnt provide me/ any other candidate the salary.and we did nt do anything as we were asking for the offer letter bt they had nt provided.

As they were having the IT company they have shifted all the employees to C.G.Road and offered increments offer letter. I was offered 9, 000 10% of incentives. I have the offer letter.

I worked for 1.5 months again but they even not provided any single money to any of the employee...

Now when we are asking for the money they are denying to pay as they dnt get any from their clients...

Even they are ready for the legal now what i can do for getting my money???
