Sewerage overflowing for the last 3 months

The sewerage ia overflowig in our at A Block Mansa Ram Park Uttam Nagar N Delhi-59.for the last 3 months. We have complained many times to DJB officials including Sh Haider Ali J.E and Exen Sh P.K.Jain but every time we are getting false assurances and nothing concrete is being done. There is very much foul smell in the area and creating hazardous health problem including Dengue. But the concerned officials are not paying heeds to our complaints, inspite of our repeated complaints by E mails as well as by telephone. They say that Trunk is filled and it does not fall in their area of operation and moreover the funds required for that have not been sanctioned and thus they are playing with the health of residents. Please do some on concrete basis and clean the area of this mess.
