Not getting positive responce

Dear Sir,

I worked with Delta Services India pvt Ltd from 14th Feb 05 to 15th Jun 06, emp no IL789 and till date, I've not received my PF.

Earlier, my PF claim form was rejected by PF office for non attested form dt on 28-03. Refer no # MH/41033/PF/AACTS77/1249. For this, my employer was already reverted dt on 17-05 but unlucky, that form was not received by PF office. It might be lost in transit. After this, I visited your office 2 to 3 times regarding this but not positive reply. Finally, I had applied again fresh claim for this.

Now, this claim has been rejected for the following docs –

Form 19 & 10C

Xerox copy of A/c pass book

P.F. Slip

Salary Slip

Photo Id

After this, I've submitted the following docs Photo Id, Form 19 & 10C, Xerox copy of A/c pass book to my employers in the last month. Rest of docs, I've not given as I don't have. Hence, I requsted to them to get this resolved but they are not giving positive responce. Therefore, I PF claim request is still pending with their end.

Please help me out.
