it is regretted to tell u that the behaviour of SMT. AVNEET BAWA working in GOLDEN TEMPLE BRANCH is very harrasing and her talking with costumer is so unparliment and rough that i cannot explain.i go to open my saving account with all document and but she flatly refuse to open my account with the excuse u have added ur wife PAN CARD my wife is housewife and i prepare her PAN CARD that my son want the PAN CARD and i along with him i prepare her PAN CARD just as another proof, i say this official i change the document on asking her manager along with my cheque but not submitted for clearance and the gently manager saying again and again not to harrase serior citizen who is like ur father but she obey and ask the manger loudly sir i can obey ur order i work only of my own wish i dont bother this customer and as well as ur order

is this way of ur staff to talk in such a way

ur banks try his best level to requirt more and more officials to promote ur banks reputation and i m harrasing by SMT. AVNEET BAWA from the last at least one months
