Didn't get IDBI exam Hall Ticket

I didn't get hall ticket from IDBI Bank for the post of Asst Manager (post Advt in October). Recently I came to know they had conducted the examination 2 months back. I had paid Rs 400/- from IDBI branch Kannur (Br Code- 340). I have the proof of the payment with me. Does anyone know whom I should contact before filing a complaint?
