Employee Provident Fund / Withdrawal Reg

Dear Sir,

I have work with Dinshaws Dairy Foods Limited, Nagpur for the period December to January.

During my service with Dinshaws they were deducting an amount of Rs. 581/- towards employees provident fund. The said amount were reflecting on the salary slip vide PF No: MH/23349/2638.

For the purpose of withdrawals of my PF and Pension fund I have sent form no 19 and form no 10 – C for necessary action to the office of M/s. Dinshaws Dairy Foods limited, Butibori on the month of March.

On the reply, I got a letter from the Manager HR. of M/s Dinshaws Dairy Foods Limited

Mr. George Geevarghese, saying that the PF number which I mention on the form is not correct.

Then I have replied with a mail dated 19/11 asking for provide me the correct PF number so that I will process the same from my end.

Manager HR. Mr George is saying that, he will not process my papers for withdrawals, unless I settle all the unwanted and un reasonable dues which they charges on me before my leaving the company.

Even they are not providing me the correct PF number. If the PF registration number which I have mentioned on the withdrawal forms is not correct, it means they have provided me the wrong and false PF number. Or they might have not deposited the amount of PF to the PF department.

Dear Sir, I am requesting you, please look into the matter and help me out on the same.
