Bullying by an employe

Dear Sir / Madam,

There's a company called DNDC Infrastrucres Ltd. (Chennai), HeadQuatered at Pune,

I found one Mr. ThiruMurugan from it (Chennai) to be very very SHADY, non-truthful and of unprofessional character.

He has been bullying me from last 8 months.

From April I am working as a consultant in Infosys Technoloies Ltd, Mysore on behalf of DNDC.

So far DNDC haven't provided me any Payslips.

I have been ringing this guy and also wrote several emails regarding this, but he never bothers to answer my calls and moreover i get responses to my emails after 20 days.

At the time of joining DNDC he told me that i need not worry about anything becasue he will look after all my requirements. But he never fullfilled any of my requests.

Twice earlier i tried enquiring about other DNDC staffs from him, but very cunningly he avoided answering it and diverted himself from the topic.

I need my Payslips and other docs from this company since my contract will expire on 31st Dec.

Regularly i have been writing e-mails to him for the same but he is turning deaf ears towards me.

Is there any way that i can take a Legal Action against Mr. ThiruMurugan or the Company?

Kindly suggest on this matter.
