Elder health care
Not providing Provident fund

I have worked with Elder health care from Jan to Feb and company was deducting provident fund regularly from my account and i am having all the salary slips for the time and also the appontment letter, but in aug i have send the duly filled form to company for withdrawal of the fund but it is almost more than three months over but till the time i have not recieved any fund and even i have called several time to Elder's office but they are not giving my PF form status and even the PF account number.
