Appointing a normal teacher in priority of physically handicapped

Dear sir,

A teacher named K.Aarthi, D/O P.Kannan. residence 23, Sivaji street, Erumapatty (post), Namakkal (Dt). PIN code 637 013. She has produced a physically handicapped certificate and got teacher post by priority quota. As per the government rules for the post of Second grade teacher in physically handicapped quota, the physically handicapped person should produce the medical certificate from Medical Board which conducted by Govt Medical college hospital of district head quarters and the percentage of handicapped should be 40% to 60%. But she is not a physically handicapped person. She produced only doctor certificate that she is physically handicapped. These type of activities may affect the original physically handicapped persons. So please help physically handicapped persons to avoid normal persons misusing the quota.
