Service not getting

Reaspected sir,

i was complain that i required service for my A/c i was complain ur call center on 13th march the complain no Asm 1303100042 then i again complain on 17th march the complaion no was Ahm 170 3100314 on 19th as well as 22nd morning 9.15AM. to 9.45AM i talked to this person are ASHISH REKHA, NITIN, MANOJ, AND SWATI they r give wrong information as well as wrong commitment that they give me service within 2 or 3 hours but then again called to ur centre i talked to SACHIN, SHREE, AND ANUP ON 22nd noon the time was 1.30p.m to 1.45 p.m they spoil ur market image as well as ur brand name this is ur service i think so i was mistake to purched ur brand with trust i do not suggest any body to purchase this videcone brand if u have any coutsey to give and satisfied ur customer then take intrest other wise???
