I requested that since I was receiving the pension, I have regularly submitted the life certificate in the month of november every year for last 5 years. But unfortunately every year my pention had stopped by the organisation by saying that you have not submitted your life certificate. I am residing in Ghaziabad UTTAR PRADESH . I have submitted my application with life certificate personally many times in the organisation but no action has been taken by the organition moreover, It is very difficult for me to visit frequently in rajasthan. Same thing thing happend this year also inspite of submitted my life certificate i have not received my pension from AUGUST TO TILL DATE... Tharefore I request you kindly resolve my matter sent my pension regularly.

I hope you understand my critical situation in this old age and do the needful as early as possible.
