EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND
Epf claim not recieved

Dear sir,

I am Divya rose francy Ex employee of Indo American Hospital Vykom and my epf a/c no. KR15267/447, sir i have already submitted epf claim form to this organisation on19th june and they recorded it, but it is not yet credited to my account till now. on january i asked them regarding this and they told me it will credited to my account in first week of Feb. Today i rang up to kottayam epf office for knowing the status, they told me they are not yet recived the form till now .so kindly i request you to pls take some need full action for it.
