Sir, i am S.Muthukumar, i have worked under CSE Dept in "the oxford college of engineering", in bommanahalli, Bangalore from 03-11.

Due to my family issues, i have given my resignation letter to the principal through the HOD on 7-12. As per college's unofficial rule, there is 3 months notice period. So my last date should be 07-03 as per their notice period. They didn't re-leave me on 07-03 also. So i extended my last working date up-to 11-04. Due to my family situations, i have to leave the college immediately. But they are not willing to re-leave me after 3 months also. So i worked up-to 11-04. I didn't get my re-leaving letter also. The CSE Hod is playing the key-role for not re-leaving me.

For epf, the college debited Rs.780 from my monthly salary each month from February to march (26 months). the college is not willing to re-leave me from their institution. And also not providing the salary slip & also not providing epf account number to me. Not only to me and also for most of the employees doesn't get the salary slip and the epf number. So i cant able to find my epf account number & withdraw my entire epf amount for above mentioned 26 months. So i need the money for my health concerns urgently. without employers approval i cant get my epf amount. But i am helpless. please help me to resolve this situation.
