Not giving the full and final settlement

I am Gaurav Kapse, joined Patni Computers on 5th May and resigned from Patni because of non payment for 2 months salary.

Right now it has been five months down the line I am calling to HR (ANUJA GARG).

She is not at all having answers to any of you questions e.g . when can you get your final settlement done?.etc.

We total 4 to 5 people are planning to file a legal case against ENEM technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The Director of the company (Rajesh Bhatiya) never pick your call and if you call anybody in ENEM office, nobody will pass the call to him.

They will show that He is not in Office, I am trying to talk with him from last 5 months.

I am having around 46 days salary pending from ENEM technologies.

Every time they ask about the rules mentioned in the offer letter, which they never followed.

It is mentioned in my offer letter that they will pay the salary on 7th of every month, it happened around 6 months from the date of joining, but after that they are finding reason to delay the salary, sometime I got the salary on 25 of the month.

And finally last two months I dint get a single paisa from the company, which is cleared from the Patni's Accounts side.

I am having all the certificates available from ENEM and Patni that I worked there from 5th may to 16 OCT.

We are surely filing a case against the company.

I will suggest all the consultants who gets call from this company.

Please try to avoid this company calls because this is a total fraud company.

Which will get money from the vendors but don't pay the salaries to the employees.

Because of this only all the employees from Patni computers are either converted their parent company or resigned.
