Not clearing of travel bills and salary

Dear Sir,

I have been employed by Enphiniti Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd, in Bangalore and they have asked me quit. At the time of leaving they have informed me that my dues will be cleared within one week. I received a call from the MD and asked to submit the details once again along with a resignation and provide details for Tax deduction. After I submit all the documents now they are not responding to my call and emails. When ever I visit they are not available at office.

Please help me in getting my salary for the month of October and my travel bills due along with my Medical bills reimbursement.
