PF withdrawal harrassment

I already lodged provident fund form for withdrawal of PF under a/c no UP/17243/2409 to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Meerut by registered post on 1-3.

Said organisation has neither so far sent me their acknowledgement conveying their registration number till date inspite my reminders nor payment has been released.
