After received my gravience since 9/4 still not get my money

I worked as a sales manager at Kotakmahindra oldmutual life insurance at Bharuch (Gujarat). I applied to withdraw my pf before 2 years. my pf accepted by pf office of Bandra on 9/4. But still I dont receive my money. When we call on no.s then No one take the phone . the ring is going on or they hangup our phone. In between time I need that money as blood in body. I took money on 10% monthly interest to overcome that bad economical situation. If I will get my pf money on time then I dont need to take money as debt. Who will give me that exta money. I wnat the answer of this?
