EPFO not received

Dear Sir

My member id: DS/NHP/23859/20285-25

I have received the message of PF Cliam on 29 Dec. However, my a/c no is wrong. They have added additional digit 5 before my a/c no. I had attached the cross cheque alongwith the EPF form. I have not received any money on my a/c. Please help.
