Bounce Cheque of PF not yet received

Out of my two cheque my one cheque of PF got bounce. I have not yet received the cheque yet. I have filled the form of RE-ISSUE PROFORMA on 10 Nov. Still i have not received my cheque back. I will be highly obliged if you take any action on this and settle my payment as soon as possible.
