No after sales service or proper training by the salesman

I purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier and wet/dry vaccuum cleaner in December. The water purifier created some problems, but the service personnel immediately attended to it, my personal thanks to Mr. Mayur Kulkarni for that.
But, as regards vaccuum cleaner, all the salesman Mr Vishal Kedar was interested in, was selling the products, so as he may collect bonus points and maybe get a salary hike or more commission, etc. etc. He did not give me proper training of the product. Only once did he call and briefed me on it. Later on, on umpteen ocassions I contacted him and also left message to contact me to give proper training so as I may use the product without damage to it. But no, he has not shown up so far! Moreover, my documents are not delivered. I was informed that the VC required servicing twice a year and also that I was signed for a life-time free service! I do not know, whose life time! Please tell the gentleman that if I do not at all use the product, it is going to last for centuries!

I personally recommend promotion for Mr. Mayur Kulkarni, for that matter!
