Non rufunding of money

I got placement in Life Business Projects Pvt. Ltd. on 14th of July my joining was on 30th July and at that time I have submit Rs 75000 as a security to the company. I have been told that for the initial 4 months they will pay me Rs 2500 as a stipend and after that they will pay a package of around 2.4 lack/annum. But it was hard luck for me as well as almost 2000 employees that after confermation they were giving excuses for not paying the salary. Finally in the end the company closed. But employees ladged a complaint against them for froud and court ordered them to refund the money to employees utmost april but still they havent paid yet, even they have mentioned wrong contact detail on their website.

Can anyone clear the current scenrio of the company as well as the refund status. If ya then please inform me at expert.ramesh@gmail.com
