I have no identity (NO id, appointment letter, salary a/c, PF number) till today

Hi,

I have joint this firm and its been more than a month now, but i have not yet recived my appointment/ offer letter, nor have i recived my identity card, not even my salary account has been activated (i get my salary via check). When i asked the HR, I am told that i have to sign the BOND after which i will be getting all my documents and stuff. I dont even know my PF number. I am asked to sign a BOND for 2 years which says if i leave within 2 years than i will have to pay Rs. 1, 00, 000/- to the company.

The bond states that the company has given me some training and the company has borne the expences, but to my knowledge the company has not even spent a peny on my training, then why am i suppose to sign the bond?

I dont know what to do.. and i dont even get offs on sundays.

So will whatever work i have done with this company be gone to waste with my carreer?
