Salaries Are not paid since Dec

Hi,

I have worked for exensys software solutions from Dec' 2008 to June' 2009.

During the whole period of work I have not been paid a single rupee.

The management has given false commitments that the salaries will be paid somehow.

But they have always told the wrong things. Since I have left exensys the managment never responds to my email or phone call.

I request the 'Consumer Complaints Forum' to take action against the company and recover the salaries of all employees who are with exensys or not.

The management has even told that If we file a court case against them it will not make any difference to them.
