Hi, My name is Shitanshu Kaushal I joined EXL SERVICE of April 12.My employee id was 39203. I've resigned from the company of July 23. I ve given my resignation to my AM Eshaa Banerjee. I submited my Id cards. Today on August 2 still I recieve the calls from EXL that why I'm not reporting to the office. When I spoke to my AM she starts threatning me that she will mark me as absconding and she the company will black list me on nasscom. Instead of accepting my resignation she grants me leaves of no use. I told her that I have to go back to my home town as my dad is not well.she wants me to submit my tyhe documents of hospitals. Now whenever I calls her up she starts shouting on me and my relatives stating that she don't know me. My salary has not been credited as per the comapny appointment letter an employee who has not completed six months of service with the compayny either has to serve a notice of 15 days or salary in lieu of notice.23 july was the the last day when I surrender my Id cards and my resignation letters.

Till now I'm not releved by EXL.How should I go for this process.please contact me at 9873981288
