PF retuns and finalization amount not yet retuning the company

Respected sir

I did the job in Eyeglobal technoligy india pvt ltd, deputed in M/s-Ispat industries india ltd. for condition monitoring as a sr. technician. i did the job for 3 years

Joined on 12 Sep 2006 to

Resigned on 29-Oct.(there is no any issues/objection made regarding resignation form ispat management and Eyeglobal technoligy)

My company is deducted monthly PF Rs.720 and 1200 Rs (as mentiond incentive).

Yearly they are returning arround 14000 Rs. i goot it for one only.

Remine two years i did't got. LTA and incentive amont.

I have all proofs of deduction details (salery slip) and resignation letter.

Consern person in Eyeglobal technoligies is Alok Patel.

Please kindly help me in this mater what to do
