Delaying in payment. Blocked account without prior Notice/intimation

Sir,

Iam a member of fast opportunities (I wont state my name over here). My account has been blocked without prior notice and they are so rusty that they are not paying my amount till date. Moreover they dont use to pick up phones wheni calls, and if by chance they do they give excuse that we are unable to listen u etc etc. I haven't got a big amount, merely rs 2100 Rs or some where near to it.
