Non booking of consignment

Dear sir, i went to the professional courier head office located at old govt hosp, vijayawada to send two envolops to mumbai. but the lady available there has responded upto 15minutes and finally she taken the parcels to book. she has rejected to book those covers because of silly reason. she dont have change for rs.100. the big company professional courier should not say such silly reasons and should not loose your customers. iam aloyal customer of yours since 5years. i felt dissatisfied and unhappy, because iam new to vijayawada and searched for the office for a hour and spent rs.50 for an auto.eventhouh the result is poor. and finally i have booked my envolops in dtdc courier.i think you have to take disciplinary action on them with an acknowledgement to me.pls dont neglect small customers
