Sir,

I was working in a fitness center in she had given me a check for the salary amount of Rs. 6166, but the check has bounced for 2 times now for the reasons "lack of funds" and when i call her she is giving me some reasons like "the bank people do not know me so they are not passing the check" and when i ask her money she is saying she will pay me and she is not directly talking to me all this is happening through the receptionist, and i must have spent almost 1000 Rupees for the phone calls so how do i proceed and also i ant to know the cost of the legal procedures and also i was working in secunderabad branch now she has sold that branch to someone else, but she has a center in Lakdikapool, she was the head at both the centers when i was working does this matter
