Non Payment of Incriments

I, Hemant Jeet Singh working in Department of Economic and Statistical Analysis as ARO in Head Office, Panchkula. Finance Department, Haryana Govt. has revised the entry level pay of employees employed on or after 01.01.2006 vide notification no. 1/83-2PR (FD) dated 16.12.2010. While refixing the basic pay I have not been given two incriments for the year 2009 and 2010 as I have joined the department on 16 August. This has happened to all the Haryana Govt. employees employed on or after 01.01.2006 . This is due to the wrong notification by the Finance Department-Haryana Govt.as nothing was mentioned regarding past incriments in it.

It is requested that past incriments may please be added in basic pay.
