Not received final settelement amount

I have worked with FIRSTSOURCE, RMZ, Bangalore from 28/08 to 15/10 and 22/06 to 30/08. I have not received my settelement amount which includes salary for Aug leave and Comp off balance. My last working day was on 30th Aug. But its been 71 days over and still i have not got the amount. I have spoken to the concern department but 4 times they said it will be done within 10 days. I have complained the same to line HR as well but in vain.
