Dear Sir/Mam,

I Prathamesh. A.Sukale ex-employee of Firstsource Solution Ltd, Airoli was working as customer service executive for email process. I officially served notice period and filled my resignation letter online as per company policies. My last working day was 25th November but till date I have not received F & F amount and relieving letter. I contacted the help-line number but she says that their are no details of mine uploaded in the company ERS. I also contacted with the HR and discussed the issue but he just gave false promises.

I am worried as companies I am applying for interview are asking for relieving letter. I request you to kindly look into the matter asap.
