PF WITHDRAWAL

Dear Sir,

My PF Account

No MH/48732/4671 was transfered to other company Name Flame Facility Services Ltd, Sion (E) dated 31-08. As Per instructions from EPFO BANDRA my claim has not been settled. I have contacted my banker and they have sent me a written note stating that they have not received any cheques and have also not returned any cheques.

My previous PF NO. is MH/48732/4671-SUDHIR YASHWANT SAWANT from CNCS FACILITY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. which was in group No. 03 was transfered to other company Name Flame Facility Services Ltd, Sion (E) dated 31-08. My PF NO. MH/48732/4671 changes to MH/93459/686 of Flame Facility Services. And I have applied for the withdrawal of my PF from 04 Dec to 31st Aug total 9 month PF. But still I have not reply from the bank or from above Company.

Kindly check your bank statement for the period given above.

I have made multiple attempts to reach out to EPFO BANDRA and also to KANDIVILI EPFO through emails and phone but still I have not received any response.

Can you please help me settle this claim.
