SALARY CHEATING

This is a fraud company regarding salary of employees. In their job description for the post of Operation Executive, salary will be said 1, 00, 000/- CTC. But when they'll give you the Offer letter after 2 months, it will be written 4, 500/- per month. They will say salary will increase after 3 months. But even after 6 months of hard work, there will be no increment & it remains same. That too don't give you in time.

Moreover the infrastructure & behavior of certain persons of their HO at Kolkata is extremely bad. Congested spaces making difficult to work. No LAN, two of us bring Pen Drive from home for data transfer between systems.

Persons of same designation & salary, senior by 2-3 months, completely ineligible & non-ability to perform in the job are acting like bosses there. The Managers & HR does not take any measures about this.
