PF account not created

Hi,

We are around 400 employees worked on contract basis on payroll of Formula HR consulting pvt. ltd. for a

reputed firm. Company provided us payslip with deducted amount of PF but our PF account were not created.

Company provided us fake PF account numbers. The firm discontinued form its services when this matter came in

light and blacklisted it. Each employee has to be paid 25000 from formula HR for which we are trying to contact for

last 6 months to Mr. Ravindra varma on ravindravarma@formulahrc.com but no response we received and its website

www.formulahrc.com seems to be down everytime.

Should we go for any legal action against this company?

we need suggestions to tackle this situation.
