Provident Fund

Hi

I am Nagesh Prabhu. Was working for Fortis Hospitals, which was formerly known as Wockhardt Hospitals, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore. I had resigned my job in the month of July'2010. Its been almost 8 months by now. I havent received my Provident Fund. I had submitted the filled PF withdrawal forms twice along with a blank cancelled checks. Both the times, the irresponsibles HRs of Fortis Nagarbhavi has misplaced my forms and whenever I call them, they keep on giving me the dates saying next week and all. I dont know what to do. I wanted my hard earned money back. Kindly help me in this.

I was interacting with Mr. MuraliKrishna and then Mr. Giridhar. Everytime I call them, they fool me giving some dates. Mr. Giridhar also have said Mr. Sathish is incharge of the same, who sits in Corporate office.

Kindly look into this matter and kindly do the needful at the earliest.
