Late redempition of request

Dear sir,

As on 12-01, i have sent a redemption request at ludhiana address of franklin tempeton, and the same has reached them on 19-01 as per the pod of blaze flash courier, but the branch says that the same has reached them on 21-01, i have the pod no of the despatch which clearly shows the receival of the docs by them on 19-01, also on 26 th jan i have received a mail from them that my redemption request has been rejected as the signatures in the same are mis matching, you are requested to kindly send me the signatures as has been done by me on the redemption request and that as has been signed by me at the time of purchse of the fund, i am 120 % sure that the signatures are same, i want to take action against the branch personel who says that my sign are mismached, also also for delay in all the proceedings as in these days market has gone down by appro. 1500 points and which has resulted in loss to me, please take this matter very seriously and respond at the earliest.
