PF account and tax

I have worked as Project Manager for FUSION INDIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT PVT. LIMITED, 43/39, 2nd Cross, Promenade Road, Bangalore 560005, INDIA for 9 months. During that period they have deducted my PF but they have not opened my PF account after that I left company but still they have not opened my account and for other employees who worked in last three years. After resignation they are not giving PF means they are not paying the tax on PF to the govt.
