Provident Fund Not Yet recievd after polonged period of 6 months

Respected sir,

I Ayub Khan residing at Andheri west Mumbai would like to bring follwoing facts into your kind notice:

1) I am working for vodafone essar Ltd through an agency Futurz HR solutions pvt ltd as an outsourced employee from July till October as later the contract with the said aganecy with vodafone got terminated and we were shifted to some other agency.

2) Now as per rule we have submitted all the necesary documents required to get our PF in the month of december-09 but till date i have not got my PF neither got any proper response from Futurz HR solutions ptv ltd.

3) Later in the month of may-10 it was informed to me that i will have to again fill up another form as previous form has been misplaced by them so as per thei instruction i did that also in the month of May-10 but yet after that whenever i tried calling them i have been given som or the other excuse stating PF office is not accepting the form which sounds really ridiculous.

4) I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needfull for me.
